Live, Love, Arch - Towards a Methodic Optimism Die Vortragsreihe der Fakultät für Architektur im Sommersemester 2016. Zu Gast: BeL (Köln) Anne-Julchen Bernhardt (*1971) studied Architecture at RWTH Aachen and Kunstakademie Düsseldorf and graduated from RWTH Aachen in 1997. She worked as an architect in Berlin and Cologne and as an assistant professor at the RWTH Aachen University. Since 2008 she is professor at the RWTH Aachen University for building typologies. Jörg Leeser (*1967) studied architecture at RWTH Aachen and the Bartlett School of Architecture and graduated from RWTH Aachen in 1997. He worked as an architect in New York and Cologne, as an assistant professor at the RWTH Aachen University and as a visiting professor at the Bergische Universität Wuppertal in 2008, Since 2011 he is professor for Urban Context at the Peter Behrens School of Arts at the University of Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf. In 2000 they established BeL Sozietät für Architektur. BeL has received numerous awards, among them the Kunstpreis Baukunst of the Berlin Academy of the Arts.
