Gender Equity - Lehraufträge für “Aktuelle Fragestellungen aus Wissenschaft und Gesellschaft“

Within the framework of the Excellence University concept "The Research University in the Helmholtz Association/Living the Change", area-specific equal opportunity approaches are promoted. The aim of the project "Gender Equity 1" is to promote the KIT-wide discussion of the topic of "equal opportunities" and thus to attract more women at all levels of KIT in the long term and to enable a cultural change towards more equal opportunities. The Gender Equity 1 project runs from 2019-2027 and is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Science within the framework of the Excellence Strategy of the German federal and state governments.
