Yvonne Schmidt works at the intersection of theatre, dance, disability and accessibility. She is a Professor at the Bern Academy of the Arts (HKB) and the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK), where she teaches and researches on arts-based research, transdisciplinarity, performance and disability, art (mediation) and climate change, curating as political practice and the (digital) transformation of cultural institutions. She has led several research projects in this field, among them EcoArtLab and Aesthetics of the Im/Mobile.
