Marc Ritz and Otto Closs from CURA Architekten will hold the Wüstenrot Foundation Visiting Professorship in the winter semester 2025/26.

Dennis Mueller has held the Chair of Building Construction and Design since September 1, 2025. He succeeds Prof. Ludwig Wapper, who has held the professorship since 2010.

As part of the seminar "Urban typologies - architecture journalism workshop: We write about architecture", students explored the legacy of the architect Egon Eiermann.

Vom 15.–17. Oktober 2025 findet im Rahmen der KIT Science Week die internationale wissenschaftliche Konferenz „Urban Transformation“ statt. Ziel ist es, Urban Sustainability Labs weltweit zu vernetzen und mit aktuellen Forschungsansätzen in relevanten Themenfeldern zu verbinden.
