Dear students of the KIT-Department of Architecture,

We are pleased that you are interested in a semester abroad. For many years, the KIT-Department of Architecture has maintained close partnerships with a range of European universities. You have the opportunity to study there for one or two semesters without any tuition fees being applicable.

Furthermore, the KIT International Students Office has many worldwide university cooperation programs available to you. An internship abroad is also possible during and after your studies.

Just look around on the following pages and find the right path to your adventure abroad.

Network in the outgoer group on Discord

Dear (potential, future and former) outgoers,

use the brand new service created by ESN on Discord and network in the outgoer group "ESN Outgoers":

   - Interested studying abroad (you don't have an Erasmus place yet and want to go abroad in 2025/26)
   - Future outgoers (you have already received an Erasmus place or remaining place for SS 2025 and are going abroad in 2024/25)
   - Former outgoers (you are currently abroad or have completed your stay - year 2023/24)

There are already some country/city channels, but you are welcome to create new channels that do not yet exist.

Raus aus Karlsruhe - Information event on studying abroad

On May 14, 2024 we had an information event about a semester abroad. The following was the content of the event:

- how to apply for studying abroad at the KIT-Department of Architecture
- which documents are needed
- where the journey can go

- how your achievements abroad are recognized and much more.

The next information event will take place at the end of November 2024.
